Omar ESSAKALLI, CEO, is an architect with a doctorate in town planning. A business partner of Jean-Marie SANTANDER for many years, he has several prestigious projects to his credit and has acquired a depth of experience which enables him to fulfil his current role as CEO of Mandarine Group.

Jalal ABABOU, Director of Development, is a civil engineer who graduated from the Hassania Civil Engineering School (Morocco). He has solid experience in the management and realisation of real estate projects. He joined Mandarine Group in November 2006 and supervises the development of all Mandarine real estate projects in Morocco.

Céline BERRY, Director of Marketing & Sales, has 12 years’ experience in the international marketing and sale of prestige properties. Céline was manager of the John TAYLOR real estate agency in Monaco for 5 years, before joining Mandarine Group in 2007 to manage the marketing of its products.

Ghita ESSAKALLI, General Secretary, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal and joined Mandarine Group in 2005. She now supervises all the support functions of our activities in Morocco.

Pierre MARTIN-ROUX, Director of Hotel Services, holds a master’s degree in management from the Université Lyon III and has extensive professional experience in commercial, financial and general management. His previous positions enabled him to develop particular expertise in hotel management. Pierre joined Mandarine Group in September 2007.

Mohamed SAJID, Administration and Finance Director, graduated from the Ecole Centrale in Paris and holds an MBA in finance from the Tanaka Business School in London. Mohamed joined Mandarine Group in October 2007 and has previously held responsible positions in finance, management control, and strategic planning within different business sectors.
